Tenth St

This was our first home after returning to North Dakota. We found this home in a great location and it needed everything, which is exactly what we like in a house! We were able to make it truly our own and add luxury finishes like a custom chef's kitchen featuring 4'x8' quartz island, maple cabinetry with all the pullouts and features, great layout with 4' walkways between the wall cabinetry and island, and stylish white and gold appliances. Throughout the main we laid wide plank white oak laminate. We created a master bath retreat featuring heated floor and 3'6" x 8' shower with dual shower heads and wand. Downstairs we added bookshelves with library lighting and gas fireplace for a cozy atmosphere, and LVP throughout and new egress windows. Outdoors we expanded the patio and added a hot tub for those chilly northern nights, as well as giving the house a huge makeover complete with paint job, new stained cedar shutters, and permanent LED holiday lighting (linked to app on the phone!).
